TGS Auger Controllers mainly control the weight / Volume of material by employing a Special Screw which on Rotation dispenses the Material… generally free flow Powder.. which is proportional to the Rotation.

The Material volume control can be time based or Load cell based. The Rotation can be Servo based or normal Motor based. We offer all type of Controls. With Touch Screen Interface the System becomes more friendly for setting and editing.

Generally Load Based Auger control gives very good accuracy as there is positive feedback from Load cell.
