When measuring / monitoring force parameters, i.e. Force, Displacement, Time, during the process of joining two parts like Pin Pressing, Bush Pressing, Riveting, Bearing Pressing, Insert pressing and similar processes, High speed and Correct data is important. Technological advancements and expectations of high quality components which is now the norm, has made it necessary for ensuring the quality parameters are complied to. Our force Monitoring systems fulfil the requirements with its high sampling rate. User friendly operation makes our System more acceptable. Since these are monitoring / Measuring controller, they will not interfere with the regular working of the Press on which these are fitted.

Measurement can be achieved at various ways viz. Between 2 Length Points ( L) & 2 Force values ( F) OR Force Values at Multiple Set Length Points. OR Force Value w.r.t. time ( T).
