TGS Load / displacement controllers ( model LLFM02.1) are Specially designed to Compare Load Values with respect to Distance generally in a Hydraulic press… Simultaneously. Its High Speed response makes is ideal for applications where High Speed Comparison of two pressing parts like Pin Press, Bush, Valve Guide, Valve seat, Bearing…. for that matter any two press joining parts are involved.
This helps in deciding the Press quality of the pressed parts.
Controller can be fitted as an ADDON system, so it does not disturb the regular functioning of Machine working.

- Dual Input Monitoring: Simultaneously monitors load (via strain gauge load cells) and length (via linear potentiometers or encoders) for quality maintenance of pressing process control.
